COVID-19 Report
Following the recent events of the global pandemic, IRIS WOLFE has implemented strategic solutions across all departments to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all people we interact with.
A systematic methodological approach has been outlined since early February 2020 (and successfully managed a healthy and safe environment until 2021) including; social distancing and self isolation of our team members and all those who work to tailor our garments, implementation of mandatory donning of protective equipment and hygiene maximisation routines. Also; strictly necessary and minimal human contact in studio and with our products, daily temperature and symptom checks for all members, continued self-isolation and social distancing throughout the year, and immune-boosting strategies to be taken by all staff (healthy living for mental and physical wellbeing).
Our executive team and members continue to rigorously study the recent reports published by the UK and American Governments, WHO and other official global professional organisations.
How are my orders affected?
We are here for our customers, IW currently continues to process and ship orders placed.
For every order placed, there will be a 2-3 day delay in its shipping times to further prevent spread. All orders are packaged by members wearing protective equipment and strictly following IW's health and safety management plan, on top of our new measures for virus protection and containment.
